We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, helping coordinate appointments, discuss treatment recommendations, manage scheduling, and provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and office management experience will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, photocopying, and filing to support office operations Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support Experience Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles emphasizing excellent communication skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be advantageous for handling calendar management and client interactions Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is beneficial for supporting financial tasks Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills make a real impact!
