Dental Treatment Coordinator - Full-Time Position
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour based on experience
Job Description
Barsoum Dental is seeking a knowledgeable, confident, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong dental knowledge with exceptional customer service skills and can guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and compassion.
At Barsoum Dental, we prioritize people over pressure. We do not set production or collection goals for our team. Instead, we focus on treating patients well, providing quality care, and creating consistently positive experiences for both our patients and our team members.
Responsibilities
Present treatment plans clearly to patients
Read and understand dental insurance benefits, guidelines, and restrictions
Input insurance benefits into treatment plan estimates with accuracy
Calculate patient out-of-pocket expenses
Communicate insurance coverage and costs in a simple, easy-to-understand way
Answer patient questions regarding treatment, procedures, and coverage
Coordinate scheduling of treatment with the patient's primary DDS and specialists when needed
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Deliver a warm, supportive experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in dentistry
Strong dental knowledge
Experience reading and understanding dental insurance benefits
High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Confident communicator who can explain financial information clearly
Friendly, professional, and relationship-focused
Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while remaining organized and calm
A team player who values accountability and excellence
