Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently present cases and navigate insurance systems.
What You Will Do
Present comprehensive treatment plans and make comfortable financial arrangements for patients.
Verify insurance benefits, audit patient ledgers, and manage PPO and Medi-Cal billing.
Maintain an efficient schedule and confidently manage/de-escalate challenging patient situations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a general dentistry setting (Required).
Software: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Eaglesoft (Required).
Insurance: Strong working knowledge of both Medi-Cal guidelines and PPO insurance processes.
Skills: Expert-level ability to verify insurance, audit accounts, and handle financial arrangements.
