Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are expanding our high quality general dental practice that treats our patients like family. Hence, we are seeking an experienced treatment coordinator that will complement our team. Knowledge of dental procedures, ADA codes, insurance plans, third party financing, and scheduling are great, but both a positive and professional disposition are necessary. Daily responsibilities require an aptitude for math. Equally important is the ability to develop trusting relationships while coordinating dental treatments. Greet and assist patients
Answer phones promptly and courteously
Check voicemail and return calls
Schedule patient appointments
Obtain and verify insurance
Present and review treatment recommendations to patients
Accurately post insurance payments
Perform other duties as assigned
