About Us
We are a well-established general dental practice in Garden Grove with over 20 years of experience serving our community. We offer comprehensive dental care with a strong focus on Invisalign and dental implants. About the Role
This is not a standard front office position. As our Treatment Coordinator, your primary responsibility is presenting diagnosed treatment plans, guiding patients through their options, and converting consultations into scheduled appointments. You will play a direct role in the outcomes of our patients and the performance of our practice. We take this role seriously and we expect the same from the person who fills it.
What You Will Be Doing
Presenting treatment plans to patients following doctor diagnosis
Guiding patients through financial options including payment plans and dental financing
Converting Invisalign and dental implant consultations into scheduled starts
Conducting outbound calls to new patient leads and existing patients with diagnosed treatment to schedule consultations and follow up on unscheduled care
Answering inbound calls from prospective patients and scheduling consultations
Supporting front office reception as needed including phones, check-in, check-out, and scheduling coverage when necessary
Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment notes in Dentrix
Providing administrative support and taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the practice.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required
Prior treatment coordination or case presentation experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of general dental procedures, Invisalign, and dental implants
Comfortable with financial conversations and handling patient questions and concerns
Familiarity with Dentrix preferred
Strong communication skills, organized, and detail oriented
Someone who holds themselves to a high standard and shows up consistently, ready to perform
