Job Description
Airys Family Dentistry is a growing, patient-centered general dental practice that has proudly served our community for over two and a half years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Airys Family Dentistry is led by Dr. Airy Choi, whose approach to care is rooted in trust, transparency, and mutual respect. Our goal is to create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every patient—and a supportive, growth-oriented environment for our team.
Office Hours:
Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/check out patients
Collect payments
Schedule the doctor efficiently to daily production goals
Present and track treatment plans; follow up as needed
Present third-party financing options
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate with other front desk roles for daily front desk responsibilities and make sure all daily tasks are completed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a general dental practice
Experience with dental software (Oryx preferred, not required)
Experience with third-party financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
