At All on Implants Philadelphia, we blend cutting-edge dental care with a welcoming and modern environment. While we specialize in All-on-4 procedures, we’re expanding into general dentistry and looking for a passionate and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between patients and our clinical team, helping patients understand their treatment options, financial obligations, and scheduling needs. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and present treatment plans with confidence is key to helping patients say “yes” to care.
Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and explain recommended procedures and financial options to patients
Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely treatment coordination
Handle insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and pre-authorizations
Follow up with patients for unscheduled treatment
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Prior Treatment Coordinator experience is required
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort with discussing finances and presenting treatment plans
Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar) is a plus
Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused
