Job Description
Reports to the Office Manager
Smile Group is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for our dental offices in Pinellas County, Florida.
You present the doctor's diagnosed treatment, arrange payment before treatment starts, and follow through until the patient is scheduled. You keep accurate notes in the chart.
What you bring
- Treatment coordinator experience in a dental office
- Clear, professional conversations with patients about treatment and payment
- Reliable attendance and complete chart notes
Pay
Each pay period you receive the greater of $20 per hour for the hours you worked, or 4% of the patient payments credited to you, from the first dollar. When the 4% is higher, that amount is the paycheck. There is no cap.
These examples assume a 40-hour week at the full 4% rate. The dollars are patient payments credited to you. Insurance and routine cleanings are outside this pay.
- $25,000 in a week is about $1,000 that week ($52,000 a year at that pace)
- $40,000 in a week is about $1,600 ($83,200 a year at that pace)
- $50,000 in a week is about $2,000 ($104,000 a year at that pace)
A week near $100,000 is the company record. It is not a typical week.
