Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
We’re seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking professional who is confident working with patients, explaining treatment plans, and helping patients move forward with recommended dental care.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish — speaking Spanish is required
Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience preferred
Dentrix experience recommneded
Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment plans
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financing options
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Professional, friendly, and confident with patients
Able to effectively follow up on outstanding treatment plans
Responsibilities
Present and explain treatment plans to patients
Help patients understand their recommended dental care and options
Discuss fees, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options
Schedule and coordinate treatment
Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
