Dental Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and professional Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established, paperless dental practice. Our office places a strong emphasis on exceptional patient care and teamwork.
Dentrix knowledge and general dentistry experience is required.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and delivers outstanding customer service. You must be friendly, positive, an excellent multi-tasker, and a true team player. This position focuses heavily on treatment coordination and patient communication while supporting all front office functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and present dental treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Work closely with doctors to help patients understand and connect with recommended treatment
Schedule to goal and maintain productive schedules
Ensure excellent communication and accurate documentation
Manage scheduling, including overdue re-care appointments
Answer multiple phone lines professionally
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Support all aspects of the dental front office as needed
Position Details
Full-time position
40 hours per week
