Qualifications:
Some dental front office experience preferred.
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities May Include:
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule.
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions.
Verifying insurance and collecting patient payments.
Treatment plan presentation and following up with patients
Managing the providers schedules
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Supporting the front office team with day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
