What You’ll Do
Serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
Present and clearly explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy
Discuss financial options and help patients make informed decisions
Build trust and long-term relationships that improve case acceptance
Coordinate scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow and follow-up
Communicate effectively with doctors and clinical team regarding treatment needs
Help deliver a high-end, seamless patient experience from start to finish
Assist office manager
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Well-spoken, confident, and an excellent communicator
Personable and skilled at building rapport quickly
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable discussing treatment and finances
Organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
Professional, positive, and team-oriented
Experience Preferred (but not required)
We strongly encourage applicants with experience in:
Dental treatment coordination or dental front desk
Dental or healthcare sales
dental insurance coordinator.
