Pearl Dental Group is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to help our patients feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their dental care. You’ll help turn treatment recommendations into clear next steps—answering questions, explaining costs and insurance benefits, and making scheduling easy.
If you bring a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a knack for keeping busy days running smoothly, you could be a great fit for our team!
What You’ll Do
Welcome patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Review dentist-recommended treatment plans with patients and explain next steps in an easy-to-understand way.
Discuss treatment costs, payment options, and financing to help patients move forward with confidence.
Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients understand their estimated coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
Keep patient records, treatment plans, and communications accurate and organized.
Work closely with our doctors and dental team to create a smooth patient experience.
Pitch in with phone calls and front-office tasks—we’re a team, and we help each other!
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a dental receptionist, treatment coordinator, or in a similar dental office role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental insurance verification, terminology, and procedure codes.
A warm, professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
Great organization and attention to detail, even when the day gets busy.
A caring approach that helps patients feel heard and supported.
A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn!
