Key Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
Explain treatment options and financial arrangements
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Process payments and manage accounts receivable
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (e.g., Open Dental)
Prepare financial and office reports
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
Requirements
1–2 years of dental reception or treatment coordination experience
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Experience with Open Dental or similar dental software. Helpful not a must.
