We are seeking a warm, friendly & reliable team member for our office. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, is cheerful, and a self-motivated team player who takes the initiative to learn new things. The candidate must have a friendly demeanor and be well-versed with computers. We offer an excellent salary and bonus plan, dental benefits, and 2 weeks paid time off (when eligible.)
Considerations for the position:
2 years general dental experience preferred
Open Dental experience preferred
Positive and customer focused attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dental insurance knowledge and breakdown
Initiative and strong work ethic
Self-motivated and results oriented
Highly organized and accountable
Honest, dependable, punctual
Ability to communicate effectively and work closely within a group
Ability to interact with patients in a caring and thoughtful manner
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with interruptions
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to go to overnight training
Willingness to grow and learn
Job Responsibilities include:
Manage appointment schedule and filling schedule as needed
Greet and check out patients
Collect payments at the time of service
Discuss treatment plans and present financial co-payments to patients for upcoming procedures
Work with Doctor to maximize production and efficiency
Pitch in and help other team members in different areas of the office as needed
Patient hours :
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
