We are a patient-centered, high-quality dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment. We’re currently looking to add an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to our growing team.
Job Description:
The Treatment Coordinator is a key team member who ensures patients understand their proposed treatment plans, coordinates appointments, discusses financial arrangements, and helps deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans and payment options clearly to patients
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding treatment
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office flow
Manage insurance verification and pre-authorizations
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance plans
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in dental practice management software Dentrix
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Must portray a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude, self-motivated, reliable, and have great communication skills. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling patients, treatment planning and presentation, insurance verification and knowledge.
