Moss Family Dental is a family-owned, fee-for-service practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator to help our patients understand their treatment and feel confident moving forward.
What you will do:
-Meet with patients to explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately
-Review costs, payment options, and answer questions
-Schedule treatment and follow up with patients
-Work closely with our doctors and clinical team
-Help create a welcoming experience from the first hello
What we are looking for:
-Dental experience (at least 1 year)
-Strong communication and people skills
-Comfortable discussing treatment and finances
-Organized, dependable, and a team player
-Comfortable with Dentrix software
-A positive attitude
What we offer:
