Job Description
Overview:
Tired of being over worked and handling too many tasks at your dental practice? We have divided our front desk duties in four different positions, so everyone can focus on their specialized role. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by coordinating treatment plans and managing administrative tasks within our dental office.
Responsibilities
Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
Coordinate treatment plans by working closely with healthcare providers and patients.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide dental administrative support, including managing insurance verification and billing inquiries.
Educate patients about procedures, treatments, and post-care instructions.
Assist in the management of office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental office setting is STRONGLY PREFERRED
Familiarity with medical and dental terminology is essential for effective communication with healthcare professionals and patients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Open Dental to manage patient records and scheduling efficiently (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
