Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and confident Patient Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide patients through their treatment plans while also helping the practice maintain strong financial and administrative performance.
Responsibilities:
● Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
● Help patients understand treatment recommendations, costs, financing, and insurance benefits
● Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-ups
● Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment
● Review and work the aging report
● Follow up with patients regarding outstanding balances
● Collect patient balances and assist with payment arrangements
● Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial estimates
● Communicate with patients by phone, text, and in person
● Work closely with the dentist, front-office team
● Maintain accurate treatment and financial records
● Help improve treatment acceptance and case completion
● Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

● Excellent at communication and building patient relationships
● Comfortable discussing treatment and financial obligations
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Comfortable working with aging reports and collecting outstanding balances

● Dental treatment coordination and insurance experience is a MUST
