Job Description
Grace Dental is currently seeking an insurance coordinator/treatment planner. Great interpersonal skills are imperative to build rapport with the patients, staff, and insurance carriers. We are looking for a team member that wants to develop their distinctive talents and strengths.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for insurance verifications and accurate communication to staff and patients regarding the insurance coverage.
· Ensures coordination of benefits are accurate and considered as part of the financial planning, submission of dental same day claims
· Advanced phone skills· Set appointments· Verify treatment plans
· Manages and assists designated office team members with appropriate payments and insurance
· Check in/Check out
Office hours are Monday-Thursday
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· 2-3 years dental insurance/billing experience preferred
· Accuracy and organization are a must
· Familiarity with financial plans and PPO
· Dentrix experience Required
COMPENSATION:
Hourly pay is dependent on experience and skill set.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
