Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office

- Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments

- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms

- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients

- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage

- Maintain accurate patient records in the dental office system (e.g. Opendental)

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations at the front desK

-Verify insurance and input all information in practice management software

-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL
Salary can be discussed based on experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required

- Proficient in using dental office systems such as Dentrix but can be trained

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
