Dental Treatment Coordinator Private Practice
North Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our established dental team in North Phoenix.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people, is confident discussing dental treatment and finances, and can help patients feel comfortable and excited about moving forward with their care. You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our practice grow.
What You’ll Do
Check patients out and build relationships with patients
Present treatment plans and explain recommended dental care in an easy-to-understand way
Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
Help patients overcome barriers to accepting recommended treatment
Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
Coordinate treatment scheduling and ensure patients stay on track with their care
Verify insurance benefits and assist with pre-authorizations when needed
Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
Maintain accurate patient and financial records
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture

Confident communicating with patients about treatment and finances
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable discussing money and asking for the patient’s commitment to treatment
Motivated by goals and patient outcomes

Experienced with dental treatment coordination and insurance
