Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our general dental practice is seeking a full time Treatment Coordinator. We are a well-established 2 Doctor office with a fun, family orientated, close caring staff. **Full-Time – 4 days a week – Monday – Thursday ** 7:30 to 4:30 pm
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years front office experience and the following qualifications/experience:
1. Excellent time management and communication skills
2. Positive attitude with a welcoming personality
3. Self motivated and wants the best for the patients
4. Eaglesoft experience is a plus
5. Checking patients in, collecting co pays, answering phones
6. Balancing payments
7. Insurance verification
8. Scheduling patients and collecting at the front desk
9. Checking out patients and review treatment plan with patient
10. Communicating with specialty offices
11. Coordinating with our dental labs
