Job Description
Don’t miss this great opportunity to become part of the amazing team at Ochoco Dental in beautiful Central Oregon! We are looking for a front office treatment coordinator who will play a critical role in meeting the productivity goals of the office and enhancing the overall patient experience. This person must multi-task as they help answer phones, make patients feel welcome, coordinate appointment needs, review treatment plans/finances with patients and support providers in patient care. This person must be cheerful and outgoing, confident and able to communicate in an articulate and highly professional manner, in- person and on the phone.
Prior experience in a dental environment performing patient scheduling, patient care coordination, discussion of treatments plans/understanding treatment, insurance verifications and pre-determinations is required. Dentrix experience is preferred.
