Dental Treatment Coordinator
Walker Family Dental is a modern dental office that utilizes the latest technology to deliver high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. We're looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who is confident, compassionate, and committed to helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental front office role.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
Experience with dental insurance plans, benefits, and claims.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A kind, dependable, and professional attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their care options.
Coordinating appointments and scheduling treatment.
Verifying insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements.
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Building positive relationships with patients while providing exceptional service.
