We’re on the lookout for a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Front Office Team Member to be the welcoming face of our orthodontic practice! If you love creating a great first impression, staying organized, and working in a modern, fast-paced environment—we’d love to meet you.

Our fully digitized, paperless office specializes in orthodontics, and we’re proud to offer high-quality care with a personal touch.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is required
✔ Professional appearance and outgoing personality
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Computer literate, detail-oriented, and highly organized
✔ Strong work ethic and team player mindset
✔ Must live within 15 miles of the office in Spring and Cypress. Travel is required between the two offices
✔ Willing to undergo a background check and provide references
Your Day-to-Day:
Greet and welcome patients with a smile
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phone calls and manage patient inquiries
Keep the front office area clean and organized
Represent the practice professionally at all times
Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
