Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

Full-Time | $24–$30/hour (Based on Experience)
At Excel Dental Studio, we're growing and looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is more than a scheduling position. We're looking for someone who can confidently present treatment, educate patients, discuss financial options, and help patients feel comfortable moving forward with the care they need.

What You'll Do
Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion
Educate patients using easy-to-understand language and visual aids
Review insurance estimates, patient financial responsibility, financing options, and membership plans
Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize patient care and doctor productivity
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients overcome barriers to care
Coordinate specialty referrals and larger treatment plans
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the front office to provide an outstanding patient experience
What We're Looking For
2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and payment options
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive, patient-focused attitude
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred
Someone who believes in recommending what's best for the patient's health—not just what insurance covers
