Job Description
Star Brite Dental is looking for a motivated, professional, and energetic Treatment Coordinator to bridge the gap between our clinical care and our patients' peace of mind. You will be the friendly face of our practice, guiding patients through their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial options.
What You’ll Do:
Guide & Educate: Clearly present treatment plans and help patients navigate their path to a healthy smile.
Advocate: Manage insurance verification, claims processing, and explain financial/financing options.
Coordinate: Keep our front office running efficiently by managing schedules, answering phones, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Collaborate: Work closely with our providers to ensure every patient has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous dental/medical office experience (front desk or clinical).
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with dental/medical software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
Proactive: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Service-Oriented: You have a warm, professional phone manner and a passion for patient care.
Knowledge: Understanding of dental/medical coding and insurance billing (Medicare/Medicaid/Private) is a major plus.
