Schedule for the Treatment Plan Coordinator
Monday: 9AM – 7PM
Tuesday: 9AM – 5PM
Wednesday: 8AM – 4PM
Thursday: 8M – 3PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday: 8AM – 2PM (once a month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Plan Coordinator
5+ years of dental experience required
Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and empathy
Build strong patient relationships and support case acceptance
Lead and close Invisalign consultations and other treatment presentations
Explain costs, insurance, financing, and payment options
Follow up with patients and convert consultations into scheduled treatment
Coordinate with Dr. Patel and the clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
Assist clinically when needed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options
Organized, professional, polished, and goal-oriented
A team player who thrives in a small, growing practice
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
