Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
A strong understanding of insurance is essential for this position, and proficiency in Dentrix is required.

Responsibilities:
Review and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and confidently, ensuring understanding of procedures, costs, and payment options
Help with verifying insurance coverage and benefits, and help follow-up on unpaid claims or outstanding balances
Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate scheduling and patient intake processes efficiently
Provide excellent patient service by answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and assisting with appointment scheduling
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (Dentrix) to streamline office operations
Experience:
Previous experience in a dental office is required
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, and CPT coding.
Demonstrated experience in insurance verification and collection processes.
