Job Description
Join Our Dental Team as a Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator! Hours are Monday - Wednesday 8am-4pm and alternating Thursdays 8am-2pm
Our moderately paced dental practice is looking for a Treatment & Scheduling Coordinator who thrives on autonomy, embraces learning, and is excited to contribute to the growth of our practice. Previous dental Experience a must.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Coordinate treatment plans and manage scheduling with accuracy
Communicate clearly with patients and team members
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
Take initiative and work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Prior dental or medical office experience
