What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator who can efficiently manage patient scheduling, coordinate treatment plans, and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, creating an exceptional experience for both our patients and the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling with a focus on maximizing efficiency while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Coordinate treatment plans with patients and ensure they are well-informed about procedures and timelines.

Handle patient inquiries, insurance verification, and billing with professionalism and attention to detail.

Provide administrative support to the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Ensure patient records are accurate and updated in our practice management system.

What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in dental reception, scheduling, and treatment coordination, ideally in a multi-specialty practice.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A friendly, compassionate attitude with a passion for patient care.

Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus).

Ability to handle a busy environment with attention to detail and a positive demeanor.
