Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
Assess patient needs through thorough examinations, medical and dental history reviews, and diagnostic imaging such as X-rays
Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual patient concerns while explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols
Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, record keeping, and treatment documentation
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong oral wellness
Skills
Proficiency in using dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques
Experience in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry with the ability to handle diverse patient populations including pediatrics
Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics procedures, and oral surgery
Demonstrated expertise in infection control practices and aseptic techniques within a dental setting
Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical records management
