Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist (Pediatric Practice)
Location: Midlothian (Richmond), VA
Practice: Robious Crossing Pediatric Dentistry
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Half-day (morning hours)
Position Overview
Robious Crossing Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with experience or strong interest in treating children to join our growing practice in the Richmond, Virginia area.
We welcome applications from:
Pediatric Dental Specialists (experienced or 2026 graduates)
General Dentists with 2–3+ years of experience who enjoy pediatric dentistry
This is a strong opportunity to join a productive, dentist-led practice with modern technology, mentorship, and a high-demand patient base.
Practice Highlights
Established pediatric patient base with consistent demand
Payer mix: PPO, Fee-for-Service, and approximately 20% Medicaid
Fully digital, modern clinical environment
Strong, experienced support staff
Focus on efficiency and quality patient care
Clinical Structure
3 hygiene columns (30-minute appointments)
1–2 restorative columns daily
Streamlined scheduling to support productivity and clinical flow
Compensation & Benefits
Income Potential: $300,000–$400,000 annually (full-time)
Yearly guaranteed compensation
OR % of adj coll: 28–30% of adjusted collections; the greater

Candidate Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active or eligible Virginia dental license
Pediatric Dentist OR General Dentist comfortable treating children
