Job Description:
Dentists for various and unanticipated worksites throughout Illinois (HQ: Chicago, IL). Examine, diagnose and treat
patient dental conditions, including charting existing conditions. Educate and advise patients on general oral hygiene
and preventive dental care and design treatment plans based on individual patient needs and the American Dental
Association’s code of ethics. Work with other dental team members to ensure the efficiency of patient flow and
safety of the work environment. Keep comprehensive and detailed clinical notes for each patient and ensure that
patient diagnosis, treatment plans, and all relevant patient information is documented. Follow insurance regulations
when completing billing procedures and verify billing legers to ensure correct payments are being made. Provide
guidance to staff related to collecting patient payments and completing administrative documentation. Coordinate
and monitor patient scheduling to ensure efficiency.
Job Requirements
D.D.S. or D.M.D. in Dental Medicine, Dental Surgery, or a related field required. Illinois Dental Licensure
required. (*Bachelor’s degree in Dental Medicine, Dental Surgery, or a related field also acceptable).
Salary: $240,000/yr. - $305,000/yr.
