As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues while ensuring the highest standards of infection control and aseptic technique.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on their specific needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative work, root canal therapy, and dental fabrication.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term health.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate best practices into daily operations.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and other general dentistry procedures.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience using Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred.
Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting.
Previous experience in a dental clinic environment is an advantage.
