Dr. Brent Huckabay, DDS, is looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial-minded dentist to join his team in a well-established and growing dental office in Midland, TX. This position is perfect for someone passionate about comprehensive care and a desire to lead a high-performing team. Immediate ownership is being offered!

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality care across a variety of general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
Patient Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required to be considered
Comfort with working in a well-established FFS practice in Midland, TX
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
