We are a thriving, modern dental practice in beautiful Butte, Montana, seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team!

About Our Practice
Silver Creek Family Dentistry has just completed a major expansion and now features 14 operatories and a full-time team of 3 hygienists, 4 assistants, and 4 front office team members . We are a high-performing general dentistry practice with a strong emphasis on advanced procedures, including:

- IV Sedation

- Dental Implants (including All-on-X with pterygoid and zygomatic implants)

- Third molar extractions

- Full mouth rehabilitations
We are equipped with excellent technology, including:

- CBCT

- 2 Trios intraoral scanners

- 3D printers

- Digital X-ray sensors

- Electric handpieces

- Wave One Endo
The practice utilizes Neodent implants.

Last year our office produced over $3.2 million in revenue. With our strong new patient flow (60–80 new patients per month), a skilled and motivated associate can realistically expect to produce $1,000,000+ in their first year.

We work a 4.5 day (usually 4) work week and maintain an excellent team environment with highly trained support staff. Bread and butter general dentistry with plenty of opportunity to learn more advanced procedures. Dr. Gundersen would encourage a new doc to seek sedation training and would help facilitate that training.

Compensation
Daily Base Guarantee of $750 per day for the first 6 months (with potential to evaluate and extend if necessary) + tiered percentage of production (whichever is higher):

- $35,000–$59,999 → 30%

- $60,000–$74,999 → 32%

- $75,000–$84,999 → 33%

- $85,000–$94,999 → 34%

- $95,000–$114,999 → 35%

- $115,000+ → 37%
Clinical Support & Mentorship
You’ll be working alongside Dr. Tyson Gundersen, who is IV sedation trained and has extensive advanced training including:

- Multiple implant maxi courses (SLC & Puerto Rico)

- Additional implant training in Brazil for severely atrophic maxilla and mandible

- Placement of pterygoid and zygomatic implants for All-on-X procedures

- Implant Pathways

- Soft tissue grafting

- Botox

- Full Mouth Rehab - Dr. Wade Pilling

- Former leader of the Spear Study Club in Butte
