Rockbridge Area Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dentist to join our integrated team of exceptional healthcare professionals. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered dentistry while making a lasting impact in a vibrant and supportive community.
At RAHC, you will work alongside physicians, behavioral health providers, registered dietitians, psychiatrists, outreach workers, care managers, and dental professionals in a collaborative care environment designed to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Virginia
DEA license to prescribe medication
Board certification in specialty area (if applicable)

Must not be excluded or sanctioned under Medicare or Medicaid
Compensation & Benefits
RAHC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being, including:
Compensation: $170,000 - $190000
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
403(b) retirement plan with employer match
Paid malpractice coverage
Continuing education leave and allowance
License renewal reimbursement
Relocation assistance
8 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays
Generous paid time off beginning on your first day
All RAHC clinical sites are approved National Health Service Corps locations, offering eligible providers the opportunity to receive substantial student loan repayment in exchange for service.
