Job Description
**Associate Dentist – Landmark Dental Care (Pensacola, FL)** Start with 2 days a week and expand to 4-5.
Landmark Dental Care is a well-established, patient-centered private practice seeking a skilled general dentist who prioritizes kindness, honesty, and doing the right thing for every patient. Our reviews consistently reflect the high level of care and personal attention patients receive here, and we are looking for someone who shares that same commitment to making people feel comfortable and well cared for. This is a true private practice environment with full clinical autonomy—you will have the freedom to diagnose and treat as you see fit without corporate protocols or production pressure. We offer a strong quality of life with a supportive team and a base of $800 per day, with the realistic opportunity to earn $1,500+ per day through efficient, high-quality production.
The ideal candidate is proficient in a full range of general dentistry procedures, including molar endodontics, simple root canals, implant dentistry, partials, extractions, and other complex restorative and surgical treatments. We handle a wide variety of cases and value a dentist who can confidently manage comprehensive care while maintaining excellent patient communication.
