Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate General Dentist to join our team. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys bread-and-butter general dentistry and wants to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment with strong clinical autonomy.

For candidates interested in expanding their skill set, there are mentorship opportunities available in orthodontics and implants for motivated doctors with leadership and growth aspirations.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive general dentistry including:
Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Preventive care
Treatment planning
Simple extractions
Simple endodontic procedures (a plus)
Build long-term relationships with patients
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with an experienced and supportive team
Deliver ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
Comfortable with bread-and-butter general dentistry
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with simple anterior endodontics and simple extractions
Interest in learning orthodontics and implants is a plus
Invisalign experience is a plus
Open Dental experience preferred
