Long Island Family Dental is seeking a sharp, patient-focused part-time General Dentist to join our established, high-quality practice in Melville, NY. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning, and delivering excellent care in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.
Our practice has proudly served the Long Island community for over two decades, emphasizing personalized care, modern technology, and long-term patient relationships.

Compensation: $700 per day or 35% of Collections, whichever is greater
PPO & FFS only
Established Long Island practice with strong community reputation
Experienced hygienists and dental assistants
100% of lab fees covered by the practice

Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment planning skills
Confident working independently and managing a productive schedule
DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active NY dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
