Dentist – Aibonito, PR

We're seeking a licensed Associate Dentist for our Aibonito, PR practice, part of a growing multi-location group. You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry — exams, restorations, extractions, root canals, and related procedures — with support from an experienced clinical team and access to modern equipment and Open Dental practice management software.

Compensation: $150,000 base salary + production bonus, with total earning potential well above base for high-performing associates.

Duties
Perform general dentistry procedures: exams, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and related treatments
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical exams and diagnostic imaging
Document care accurately using Open Dental
Maintain infection control per OSHA standards and patient confidentiality per HIPAA
Communicate treatment plans and options clearly so patients can make informed decisions
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff for smooth patient flow
Requirements
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Puerto Rico (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in general dentistry preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
