Job Summary
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. You’ll work collaboratively with our dental team to ensure the highest standards of patient care while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
This role includes general dentistry with opportunities to practice oral surgery, implant placement, endo, and other specialties. Incentives are offered for weekend coverage to recognize the commitment of doctors who help us extend care to patients when they need it most.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and oral health evaluations.
Perform a wide range of procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, extractions and implants.
Utilize advanced four-handed dentistry techniques while maintaining strict aseptic practices.
Accurately document patient medical histories and treatments in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and oral health practices.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Valid Hawaii dental license (or ability to obtain before start).
Proficiency or willingness to learn our dental software (Open Dental).
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and infection control practices.
Prior clinical experience in a dental office or group practice is an asset.

Competitive Compensation: Daily Guarantee + Percentage of Adjusted Production (30% - 40%)
