Gooch Family Dental is a family owned (non-corporate!) dental practice that has been passionately serving our community with a “different kind of dentistry” since 2007. Through an intentional and unmatched patient experience, our 5 doctors and 10 hygienists provide a full spectrum of services including periodontal care, implants, endodontic treatments, clear aligners, cosmetic work and oral conscious sedation.

Responsibilities
Participate in the collaborative leadership of the doctor and assistant teams
Be goal-oriented, with attention to detail and initiative to work for the greater good of the team
Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns and anterior root canals (posterior is a bonus!)
Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care
Develop treatment plans and confidently discuss them with patients
Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques

Open Monday-Friday
Unlimited but respectful use of PTO
Production based monthly incentive in addition to base salary
