Dentist (Buy-In Oppurtunity)

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to step into a thriving, high-volume patient base. This position is a direct leadership and ownership track, specifically designed for an ambitious clinician ready to transition from associateship to practice ownership within 1 year.

This is not just an associate role. You will immediately inherit an active patient chart load.

Full-time clinical associateship to integrate with the patient base, team, and workflow.

Structured, legally defined option to purchase the practice entity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.

Formulate and present clear, patient-centric treatment plans.

Lead and collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.

Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient communication.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school.

Active, unrestricted New York State dental license.

2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry.

Clear entrepreneurial mindset and desire for practice ownership.
