Position Highlights
Full-time Lead Dentist position
Minimum average salary: $300,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues
️ What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active State Dental License & DEA License
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
Restorative procedures
Cosmetic bondings and veneers
Crown & Bridge
Comprehensive treatment planner
Comfortable and experienced with perio procedures such as crown lengthening and Gum Grafts a plus - currently all perio procedures are being referred out
Endo, extractions, aligner/Invisalign and implant placement experience a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
