What You'll Do
Provide exceptional comprehensive dental care
Build long-term relationships with patients
Help establish the clinical culture of a brand-new office
Mentor hygienists and dental assistants

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree
Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain)
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Passion for delivering high-quality dentistry
Growth mindset and leadership qualities
Comfortable practicing comprehensive dentistry
Experience is preferred but we're willing to consider motivated early-career dentists who demonstrate exceptional clinical ability, professionalism, and a desire to build a long-term career.

Compensation
Competitive guaranteed base salary
Production incentive program
Ownership/equity opportunity for the right long-term partner
Expected first-year earning potential: $250,000–$450,000+, depending on production

Pay: $135,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
