This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Full-time providers have the potential to earn $300,000+ annually.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices
Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care
Qualifications
Education
DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
Licensure & Certifications
Active Michigan dental license
Current BLS/CPR certification
DEA registration
Skills & Experience
Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-first care
Experience with endodontic procedures preferred
Experience with surgical extractions preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
