Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions accurately and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, restorations, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries using aseptic techniques.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to deliver efficient, comfortable care while maintaining optimal patient care standards.
Use medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning while demonstrating strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Experience
Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment with a strong background in general dentistry and dental office procedures..
Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and medical imaging within a dental setting.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records management to ensure compliance and protect patient privacy.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care through compassionate service and attention to detail in medical documentation and treatment execution.
